Refund policy

Meldoodles Refund Policy

We're happy to offer returns within 14 days of receiving your item! However, please note that clothing items, used stationery and editioned luxury art prints are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase!

To start a return, simply email us at meldoodlesart@gmail.com. We'll send you the return address, and if your return is approved, we'll also provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please remember, items returned without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

A quick heads-up: some payment processors might charge a fee for return transactions.
